Lined and Fancy Stitched Greyhound Collar

The Lined and Fancy Stitched collar is a collar with the striking good looks to compliment the beauty and elegance of your lurcher or longdog. The collar is entirely handmade from Sedgwicks 3.5 - 4mm bridle butt and is hand stitched and finished from start to finish by a single craftsman using brass or stainless steel fittings to make a collar that will last for many years given correct care. The amount of handcrafting makes every collar a unique piece made specifically and exclusively for your dog.

This collar is lined with the same bridle leather as the face of the collar is made from, giving a smooth, luxurious finish to both the inside and outside of the collar. Truely a collar fit for the most aristocratic of dogs and one that will get better and better as it ages, rather than falling apart if used, as many collars seem to.

This collar features our striking decorative handstitching using geometric patterns traditional to the top end of the saddlery trade. We are able to stitch your collar using eyecatching white or yellow thread, or self coloured black or brown should you wish to have a more subtle but still unique collar. The strap and buckle end of the collar are 3/4" wide, and the width of the centre of the collar ranges from 1 1/4 to 2 1/2", depending on your requirements.

The edges of the collar (as with all of our products) are hand burnished to provide a smooth, beautiful, and above all comfortable collar for your dog. This is an area particularly lacking in other lined collars on the market in our experience.
