Swage Bridle Leather Belt

This is a best quality handmade bridle leather belt made from very best leather - Sedgwicks 3.5 - 4mm bridle butt, hand cut, finished and stitched using brass fittings to make a unique item that will last a lifetime given correct care. The original prototypes of this belt were made in 1997 and are still in daily use. Choose well, it won't wear out!

This belt is made with a swage sided buckle, traditionally used to make headcollars and bridles for horses. The buckle is a beautifull, elegant shape of sinuous curves perfected over the centuries, and makes a visually satisfying centerpiece to compliment the richness of the bridle leather. The nature of this buckle means no keeper is required for the tail of the belt, giving you a crisp, clean look. Rest assured no one will assume this belt is from the high street, it oozes class and quality.

Your new belt will be made to measure for you and will come with 7 holes, giving you 6 inches of adjustment. Please see our measuring guide to help ensure you select the correct size.
