Adjustable Lead

This lead is made from Sedgwicks 3.5 - 4mm bridle butt, hand cut, finished and stiched using solid brass fittings to make a unique item that will last a lifetime given correct care.

The design of this lead means that a single lead can comfortably and elegantly do the job of several different leads, meaning you never need to be caught out with the wrong length lead again. In addition we have made this lead so that the length can be altered whilst the lead is attached to the dog and cannot seperate, aleviating the worry of losing your dog whilst trying to establish close control due to other dogs, sheep, rabbits or other causes of excitement.

Our standard version of the lead can adjust from approx. 28" long to approx. 46" long in 6" steps. In common with all of our products we will make your lead specifically for you in house when you order it, so we are very happy to customise any of the measurements to your individual requirements.

We are able to stich a brass ring into the hand piece should you require. The larger size ring will allow the trigger hook to pass through the ring, meaning the lead can be fastened tightly around a post etc and will tighten further if pulled against. The smaller ring allows the trigger hook to clip to the ring, facilitating either teathering of the dog or fastening an unused lead around the owner.
