Our Guarantee to You

If on receipt of your goods you are not delighted with them, or you do not feel they live up to our promises, please return them within 7 working days of delivery in an unmarked condition and we will gladly return your money and we will work with you to find out what the problem with your item was and if we could have done anything different to have prevented it. We pride ourselves on the quality of our products, and any feedback from our customers is listened to and where possible incorporated in future work. We aim for a return rate of 0%.

Returns Policy

We will exchange all item bought from us due to incorrect sizing in any of our items with the exception of special commissions. We would ask that you return the item that does not fit within 7 days of receipt in an unworn, unmarked condition, and that you contact us before you return the item to get a return number. We will not accept unauthorized returns, and we ask for your own peace of mind that you send the item by recorded delivery as we will not be liable for items lost in transit. In the very unlikely event of a fault in materials or workmanship we will either replace, repair or refund at your choice, but please let us know before sending goods back.

Postage

We use Royal Mail Recorded Delivery to help ensure the safety of our goods in transit. Cost is dependent on weight, for a combination of goods up to 700g to the UK we will charge £4.00, for items over this weight we charge £6.50 to the UK. We are happy to post internationally using Royal Mail Signed For. The cost of this will vary with weight and destination but your shopping cart should display available shipping options and prices when you checkout. Delivery Time

Nearly all of our stock is both made to order and made to measure. This helps us to make sure that you receive your goods exactly as you want them in the best possible condition as they will not have been damaged whilst in stock or going from show to show. However this does mean it will take a few days for your item to arrive. We aim for no more than 10 - 15 working days from order to dispatch, however we routinely beat this. Please do bear in mind at busy times it can take us a little while to work through our orders. We will keep you informed of delivery dates and progress, particularly if we have any delays. Please do let us know if you need your item in a hurry for any particular reason (ie birthday presents etc) and we will always do our best to help if at all possible. Please also bear in mind that international orders take 4-6 days in transit!

Credit Card Security

At no point in your transaction with us do we see, hold or have access to your credit card details. Our credit/debit card processing is all handled by PayPal who carry out the transaction on our behalf.
